The Process
From evaluation to ongoing partnership.
We visit, assess, and determine whether your property meets the House of Besa standard: quality, setting, and guest fit.
A private management agreement is established. We document the property, brief our team, and set your preferences in detail.
We manage all incoming interest, vet every guest, oversee operations, and coordinate the full experience, invisibly and continuously.
Monthly reporting on occupancy, revenue, condition, and guest feedback. You stay informed without being involved in the detail.

House of Besa was founded by Valmira Shaqiri, combining years of experience in international client service, luxury hospitality, and curated property management across Switzerland, Europe, and the United States.
After working within global financial institutions and hosting international guests for over a decade, she created House of Besa with a simple belief: luxury today is not about excess. It is about trust, discretion, emotional intelligence, and meaningful experiences.
Each property and experience is personally curated with a strong attention to detail, aesthetics, and human connection, creating stays that feel both elevated and deeply personal.
Based between Zurich, Geneva, and the United States, House of Besa collaborates with carefully selected property owners, private clients, and trusted local partners to offer seamless stays and tailored experiences for a discreet international clientele.
